Returns & Exchanges

Atelier Choux accepts returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and sale products are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Atelier Choux gift box and protective packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
