Application Instructions:
- Apply to clean, dry skin
- Cut out the tattoo and remove the clear film
- Place ink side down on the skin and press with a damp cloth for 30 seconds
- Gently peel off paper and lightly wet the edges to set
Do not use on eyelids or near the eyes.
